What website platforms do you cover?
We can work with any platform. A lot of website issues are common to all platforms. If we can’t speed up the site or we feel the site is not suitable we will advise you of this at the outset and offer advice about switching in the most cost effective way.
How long will the process take?
It’s hard to give a firm estimate without seeing your site. When we have our initial consultation we will give you a time estimate on when we can have the work completed.
What will I need to provide?
We will need access to your website and your social media accounts to make any necessary changes for you. We also will gather information from you in the first meeting. From there we will send you a list of things we need to get underway.
Don’t sweat the tech stuff, we’ll talk you through it.
What can I expect from the service?
We will give your site a full health check and clean it all up, optimising images, fixing broken links and checking search engines for your rankings. Often fixing these things helps with your google search rankings (we’ll even check Bing). You will also have knowledge your accounts are secure, in the best health and you will have a plan to go forward with.
What if my site can't be improved?
If we can’t improve what you’ve got we will let you know at the outset. If you have everything in place and it is working well then we’ll pat you on the back.
If however you need some new technology for your existing site, we will give you free advice on what you can do, the best platforms for your business and recommend a solution, or another specialist if we can’t help you. We will always give you the price or quote up front. No hassles.
