In 2015 we commissioned Fuzzbox Design to build a new website for our growing clay business Purely Earth Ltd and later, for Sarah’s clinical practice The Self Heal Clinic.

We have had websites built in the past and while these had served their purpose, it was a refreshing experience to find someone with Nikki’s enthusiasm, eye for detail and commitment to the end result. Nikki’s exceptional design ability enabled her to grasp what we need to achieve quickly and to produce the look and feel appropriate to the message we wanted to carry to our audience. Her recommendations were well thought out and she consistently looked for ways to build features into our sites in the most cost-effective way.

She also took the time to show Sarah how to edit pages on the new sites and explained the workings of WordPress so that the process was an enjoyable experience rather than a stressful one for Sarah who has limited computer experience.

The programming side of Fuzzbox is handled by Pete King who made many of the important customised features of our sites possible. Together Nikki and Pete are a very professional team and both are a pleasure to work with. We never felt that anything was too much of an effort, and the passion they both have for web design and for presenting a  polished end result was evident right from the start. They also consistently found solutions to issues that arose during the web building process, and never at any stage was anything put in the “too hard basket”.

In addition to our site design, Nikki has produced a beautiful logo for Sarah’s clinic,  arranged a newsletter to promote our new sites to our clients, photographed a number of our products and has in the past produced advertisements for us. We would highly recommend using Fuzzbox for web design, branding and anything that carries your message to your customers.

We provide two different services that we offer to international telecom companies at CEO level. Both of our services are rather complex and contain a lot of detail. We needed something simple that would attract attention and would encourage our clients to ask for more information.

Nikki from Fuzzbox designed our electronic flyer, which did exactly what we needed it to. It introduced our company, provided our contact details and very nicely and simply, highlighted both of our services without confusing the matter with too much detail.
